Prior to pursuing his law degree Mr. Fabian graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Although having a fascination with the law for much of his life it was while taking pre-law undergraduate classes that Mr. Fabian decided to go to law school. Mr. Fabian was a member of the Biddle Law Society at Drexel University and was awarded the Board of Trustees Scholarship Award.
Mr. Fabian earned his Juris Doctorate from The Widener School of Law in Delaware. Prior to his time at Widener Law School Mr. Fabian volunteered in the appeals division of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. While attending Law School he worked for John Duffy, Esquire in West Chester Pennsylvania, The Honorable Thomas M. Del Ricci and worked for three years at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, an experience that exposed Mr. Fabian to a wide variety of criminal matters. Mr. Fabian was a member of the Delaware Civil Clinic representing low income men and women in matters of domestic violence, divorce and custody. Mr. Fabian was also a member of the Widener Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Melson Arsht Inns of Court. Mr. Fabian was the head of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Mr. Fabian practices both civil law and criminal defense work. Mr. Fabian focuses his civil practice in contract disputes, personal injury, real estate, creditors rights and business services. Mr. Fabian’s criminal law practice focuses on DUI and alcohol and drug related matters. Mr. Fabian is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.
Before attending Drexel University Mr. Fabian worked as a restaurant and catering chef. In his spare time Mr. Fabian enjoys cooking and hiking with his dogs. Mr. Fabian is an avid traveler, scuba diver and golfer.
